This Privacy Policy explains how Whoopix ("the Company", "we") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information in connection with your use of our website-builder Service. We act in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations, and with the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies.

1. What Data We Collect

Account details: name, email address, username and password (stored hashed/encrypted).
Social-login (OAuth) data: when you register via Google, Facebook or TikTok we receive basic profile data (name, email, user id) subject to the permissions you approve with the provider.
Payment data: payments are processed by PayPal. We do not collect or store card details; we receive only transaction confirmations and subscription identifiers.
Content & usage data: the content you create on your site, settings, activity logs, analytics, IP address, browser and device type.
Cookies: to keep you signed in, remember language preferences and measure usage.

2. How We Use Data

To provide, operate and maintain the Service and provision your site.
To process payments, subscriptions and renewals.
To secure the Service, prevent fraud and enforce the content policy and Terms.
To communicate with you about your account, support and essential updates.
To improve the Service and analyze performance.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Third Parties & Processors

We rely on service providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions, including:

Google — login/registration (OAuth) and related services.
Facebook (Meta) and TikTok — social login/registration (when chosen).
PayPal — payment and subscription processing.
Hosting & infrastructure providers — storage of sites and data.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only to provide the Service, as required by law, or with your consent.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies (to keep you signed in and operate the Service) and analytics/preference cookies. You can manage cookies via your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may impair the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Upon account closure we delete or anonymize data no longer needed, subject to legally required retention.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit, password hashing and access controls. However, no security method is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside your country of residence, including outside Israel or the European Economic Area. In such cases we take measures required by law to protect the data during transfer.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that such data was collected, we will act to delete it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The version number and date at the top of the page will be updated accordingly, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
